  : The staff was friendly
: It was an old motel that needed updating. There were no ice machines and no vending machines.

: Ok, the structure may be older and look a bit worn from the outside but inside my room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked and staff was very nice. There are no eateries nearby but there is a small grocery store attached where you can get some snacks.
: The bottom of the stair leading up to 2nd floor. Be careful.

: Very out dated, wich made the stay uncomfortable.Stains on the carpet, patch up walls. And the night time environment wasn’t pleasant.

: The front desk staff was very nice. It was well lit. The motel for sure is old. But the room had nice clean comfortable bedding. The bathroom was clean with clean towels. The room A.C. worked, and my son was happy with the nice large TV. It was on a fairly rural road, but was surprisingly quiet.
: The doorknob of the room didn’t work, so we had a really hard time unlocking the door. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk the next morning and she did acknowledge that it was on the list of items to be fixed. I would have liked a better lock on the inside of the door other than just a sliding chain.

: Quick good location : on the way to go to Thousand Islands, close to Watertown, 5 min by car from Walmart... Free parking
: Need some refreshment works, even if room clean, odor coming from "aging" of the room I guess, so need to keep windows opened as long as we can. No shampoo Not good quality towels (we see that they have been used for a long time and they are quickly wet) Poor isolation TV not working

  : Nothing
: I pulled up and was shocked to see the motel. There were a few strung out looking people in the parking lot and no one else. We were scared to stop and stay there. We called and politely explained why we couldn’t make it and the man at the desk was horribly rude. He was argumentative and charged us regardless. He said he Had to charge us because he couldn’t fill the room but the motel was empty. Because it was horrible. Do not go there. The rating on line is not accurate at all. I was afraid to stay there or leave my vehicle there. It was close to an episode of The Walking Dead.
